2019 – THE YEAR’S GUIDANCE:

There is always A LOT of information with “THE YEAR’S GUIDANCE” posts. That is because different aspects of each key factor will be unfolding throughout the year. The best thing to do is to read through each post – a few times throughout the year,
take in the over view, and then focus on what resonates – or what seems to pop out at you as being something of most importance at this moment in your personal journey.
We will begin see how THE STAR plays out in these aspects quite strongly from the Full Lunar Eclipse of Jan 20 through Feb 18.
Of course, it is present with us through the entire year but this time period will be valuable in helping us to recognize the energy it brings and how the messaging will likely unfold for us as individuals, throughout this year.
2018 asked us to focus on our relationship with The MOON.
2019 continues to build on that relationship by taking us beyond the moon, into THE STARS,
showing us the infinite and limitless potential of our Divine Alignment.
… and so, we look to the symbolism and guidance that comes from the the infinite UNIVERSEs & STARS which surround us {and the many realms beyond this earthly one}
… and to The Star Goddess
– in whom resides the womb of creation and whose light radiates a certain magic that guides us, comforts us, and nurtures our growth,
and The STAR that is “The Beacon” for 2019.
…And to The Star, in tarot
Associated with air, but also water through its imagery
{WATER being a key focus of 2019}
and the astrological sign of Aquarius
{ We will fully enter the Age of Aquarius in 2020. }
In Tarot, The Star is the calm after the storm. The “Guiding Light” that we have asked for, to help us in our search for a deeper meaning in life and understanding our personal truth.
The Star brings “a Call to The Light”…
(further assisting the moon) illuminating the path with her radiance, her wisdom, and her insights. With this comes peace of mind
and a body, mind and spirit the vibrates with both a deeper resonance and higher frequency.
Tarot, as a tool of Divination and clarity, comes forward with two powerful cards for the year.
The CHARIOT who rode in on January 1st – the guidance can be found HERE, and The Star –the more dominant of the two.
The STAR, in its many aspects and incarnations, shining down on us from the highest realms, as all is unfolding this year.
The Star Tarot’s presence focuses on and signifies a period of respite and renewal.
{Though make do not misunderstand this idea of “respite” for much will be asked of us, much is to be put into action, and much work is to be done.}
This RENEWAL is connected to the spiritual aspects of life
– as The Star brings renewed hope and faith and a sense that you are truly blessed by the universe at this time,
as well as the opportunity for physical and emotional renewal and healing.
THE STAR is a light in the darkness, illuminating the past, present and future.
THE PAST:
– It is time to move on from the hardships of the past and begin your renewal. At the end of all struggles will be peace. Rely on your inner strength, your intuition, and external support systems to help you with “conclusion” and make peace with the past.
THE PRESENT:
– The present moment asks for your awareness and consideration.
A positive mind, balance and restraint (responsive versus reactive) will help with relationships and in finding solutions to any problems which may arise. As well, look to the practices that facilitate inner peace, which will help to bring harmony and happiness to you and all that you connect with.
THE FUTURE:
– The time of your renewal is here. Make your spiritual, mental and physical health a priority.
Be open to the guidance that comes in many ways, as this will help you to see path that The Star’s Light illuminates. By being brave enough to choose the riskier roads, you will build self-confidence while inspiring those around you.
When you are aligned with the positive aspects of the Star card, you are likely to find yourself feeling not only renewed, but INSPIRED.

The traditional imagery of the tarot STAR CARD shows a naked
woman who kneels at the edge of a small pond.
She has one foot in the water and one on land. She is holding 2 containers of
water.
One container pours liquid out to the dry land, as if to nourish it and ensure
its fertility. The lush green land around her seems to say that it is working.
The other container pours the water liquid into the water before her.
Above her head, shines a brilliant, central star – speaking to Divine
alignment, higher wisdom and the higher self.
The large star is surrounded by seven smaller stars which represent the
chakras.
There is bird standing at a tree branch which represents the Holy Ibis of THOUGHT.

The Star brings
renewed power – or more appropriately for 2019, stepping fully into personal
power (i.e. no longer giving away our power), and strength to carry on with
life.
It shows how abundantly blessed you are by the universe as evidenced by the
various things around you. It may not be directly evident at the moment, for
this card follows the trauma of the Tower card. Remember that you hold within you all that you need for your fulfillment
– the only thing that you need is courage. For this, you have all reasons to
rejoice.
This card is a message to have faith,
for the universe will bless you and bring forth all that you need.
The Star coming forward for 2019 is an acknowledgment that we have been going through a time of great challenge. While we have suffered, we perhaps were not aware of our own individual strength. Hopefully now we can begin to understand the challenges help us discover our own resilience and inner power. It is only now that we can begin to really appreciate all of the blessings that we have.
CHALLENGING ASPECTS: Despair · Disappointment· Missed Opportunities · Chaos · Lack of Faith & Lack of Trust · Illness
The challenging aspects of the Star card ask us to nurture our sense of hope and positive energy to help propel our actions with joy instead of fear.

…feeling as though everything has turned against you, or
the challenges that you would normally rise to meet with a certain excitement instead make you feel overwhelmed, inadequate and as though you cannot overcome them or get ahead…
You have lost faith in something
– whether inside yourself, with something you normally find dear, or your connection with the universe, CREATOR, and your spiritual journey.
You have stumbled back into a place where fear and lack of trust take hold.
Without hope, without faith, without TRUST...
we cannot find the motivation to progress forward in the challenges that we face.
(Remember THE CHARIOT and that you are The Charioteer, holding the reigns.)
Where in your life are you feeling hopeless? In what ways do you already feel defeated? And how does that affect your actions?
Step back, take stock of the positive changes and in the blessings in your life.
Look for those areas that are out of balance and where you are giving away your power.
Tend to the needs of spirit, mind, and body.
