KEEP CALM & BREATHE
The energy has definitely amped-up.
Things are feeling a little topsy turvy.
This is manifesting in the individual physically in ways such as tightness in the chest or stomach, feeling like there is a pit on your stomach, headache, racing thoughts and an inability to focus/ stay on task.
Whenever we are experiencing this kind of distracting and physically challenging energy we are more prone to moodiness and all around sensitivity.
Meaning the environment is ripe for misunderstanding and intolerance.
Knowing that this is occurring, and keeping this in mind as we deal with ourselves and others, is half the battle
Consciously work on telling the brain to slow down.
Breathe. Deep breaths.
Pulling the breath deep into and through the length of your body…
feeling your connection between your feet and the earth.
Wiggling toes often helps direct the flow.
Go back to the guidance from earlier this week, about breathing in the fresh air and new life of spring. This will also help to direct the energy and keep the flow positive.
You are the charioteer… the master of your ship.
You are responsible for the energy you bring to each moment.
