A little detachment will go a long way…
The energetic ups and downs continue,
potentially adding strain
The addition of ancestral energies rising,
and our physical bodies acclimating to these new frequencies
makes this a week for feeling physically challenged and emotionally triggered
Find peace and balance by being the observer and not taking things personally.
Milk baths, bay leaves (in bath or burn), jasmine (in milk bath, tea, diffuse), Eucalyptus (in shower, diffuse, in a balm across shoulders), rest/ quiet retreat, and plenty of water will help to ease the integration process and the stresses of the month.
This week, as well, brings some “second chances”
With the opportunity to do things differently
… to respond differently than we have in the past…
to make new choices, and to change the way we do things.
look to the alternatives (solutions, responses, course of action…)
and be mindful of the choices you make.
What is put out will come back in multiples
