The full moon is Tuesday, February 19th. Its energy will be dominant for 3 days prior and 3 days after.
A big, bold, beautiful FULL MOON is upon us.
Though it is bringing positive ABUNDANCE and LIMITLESS POTENTIAL, the intensity of it could have you feeling out of sorts. Overwhelmed, even.
Part of this is, this moon is emotional, it is deeply intuitive, it is deeply creative, it is deeply connecting…
And so, it has our deepest inner self rising up to be exposed
AND
Part of this is that it is an extreme shift from where we have been.
Anything extreme requires an adjustment period.
Any change – even for the better, triggers the instinct to hold onto what is familiar.
We “fight” and “grasp” to avoid the “work” of change.

So the practice over these next several days is to quiet the mind’s desire to label, understand, to create “reason”…
And embrace the new, without having to fully comprehend, and
With HEART WIDE OPEN.
We can occupy the mind with purpose. One that will also help to open the heart…
Think back to where you were on the last full moon (that would be the eclipse weekend).
** Have aspects of the energy of that weekend repeated?
If so, there is “completion” to be found this week.
** What were you hoping for …longing for?
See where movement forward has been made and where it is lacking. Avoid getting bogged down by what has not happened. (Much has happened to move us forward, even if we can not recognize it) Proceed with renewed, positive energy.
** What has come about that is positive
…movement in the “right” direction?
EXPRESS GRATITUDE.
Affirm your trust and belief in the good to come, and in your own self worth
…in your worthiness to receive the best that life has to offer.
*** Do you need to make amends? ***
Negativity and “lower level energies” cling to us like an anchor, holding us back.
A simple “I’m sorry.” Or “I was wrong.”
can make a huge change in someone’s life, as well as, our own.
As can acknowledging the accomplishments of another…
” I should have told you sooner but I want you to know…
good job!”
Or “I’m proud of you”
(Or whatever the scenario may be.)
“Let LOVE be stronger than fear.”
Any area where it is necessary to reaffirm “love” should be addressed this week, either by apologizing for mistreatment (misjudgment) of someone else or one’s self, or a situation,
Or by reinforcing positive energy
(Again for one’s self or in support of another)
Let the light of the moon shine brighter than ever upon you.
Open your eyes and heart to the relationships, and opportunities it will illuminate.
