Happy new month!
Though you may be feeling overwhelmed,
a sort of “January hangover”
hopefully, this first day of February has you feeling inspired and energized.
We are implementing new behaviors that support the ideas and goals swirling around.
Recognizing when we need to push harder, slow down, or stand still.
Doing things on our own terms in our own unique way.
Practicing consciously keeping our boundaries and energy clear.
The ancestral memories will start streaming in.
Take the opportunity to reset your daily practices.
Find the balance
between rest and activity
Between productivity and leisure
Go over your goals for the month and how they connect with your goals for the year.
If goals are not firm, that’s fine.
Keep them loose.
(Be sure not to grasp too tightly to firm goals. Allow some wiggle room for… “This or anything great.”)
The key is to engage with the day in a way that supports the routines and mindset you are intending to maintain.
A practice we should strive to maintain and get better at as the days move on.

it’s a great time to connect with nature and the early spring energy rising within midwinter’s dormancy.
Have some fun.
Gather with like minded people.
Celebrate the blessings of the moment.
Enjoy some merriment.
