These emotional waters we’ve been navigating continue to flow today.
Don’t be surprised to see bits of old shadow work rising up alongside new aspects that are coming to the surface.
Do not place your efforts on managing what is arising.
Do not push the emotions down.
Do not fear the darkness.
Manage your reactions by allowing yourself to
Be present
Be responsive.
Be strong
while also softening to the needs of the self.
Simply BE
allowing things to rise up and fall away.
Be a witness to what comes,
without fear and grasping,
And you will know what requires more attention and what simply needed to be
Allow yourself to feel,
for in feeling we gain understanding.
Allow the shadow to connect,
for in connection is healing.
All of this is happening now to assist us.
To give us the tools we need, and
To place us where we need to be energetically, emotionally, spiritually – even physically in some cases,
for this cycle we have just begun.
This particular “moment” and portal – defined as the next 2 to 3 weeks,
Is being shown as having crucial elements in the bigger arcs of the next 6 months, 9 months,
and through this multi-yeared event which completes in 2024.
That’s a lot contained within this comparatively small period.
So of course it comes with a certain weight – or heaviness and density.
The balance is LIGHT
Lightness of being.
Lightness of spirit.
Lighting up the dark and illuminating the needs of the shadow.
Eat well from the fresh, light foods of the season.
Have fun. Play. Laugh. Enjoy some light hearted activities and time with those you love.
Yet give time for quiet, for contemplation and meditation
…the space where you welcome within The Divine Light the guidance and the needs of shadow.
The safe space for healing, growth, and transformation.
As well
Utilize the power of water
Drink water. Be in water. Be around water.
Place water on your altar.
Be strong.
Yet allow yourself to soften.
Nurture and support yourself in a blanket of LOVE and ACCEPTANCE
