This week…
we are still in MERCURY RETROGRADE (through March 28th.).
Of course, the usual issues around Mercury Retrograde apply. Travel delays, trouble with electronics, people from the past and/or old relationship issues showing up, communication issues…
However, this MR is really zeroing in on the self in the areas of self-expression, being heard, and reconnecting with “self”.
This can feel especially challenged with the old issues around self-esteem and self-worth that are naturally triggered at this time, and the tendency for old relationship patterning to show up with unexpected people in unexpected ways.
However, this can also be a time of inspiration, clarity, and growth.
We should be recognizing where we still need to do work on ourselves and give attention to the self,
in a way that has deep resonance and feels do-able.
While at the same time feeling naturally drawn to things like meditation, being creative, and some inner (& outer) “housekeeping”.
Stay engaged with the flow. Being especially mindful of this “self-care” aspect that will continue to build through this final days and shadow period of Mercury Retrograde.
Wednesday, March 20th is the Vernal Equinox – the first day of spring.
With springs arrival…
PERSEPHONE’s emergence {which began with Imbolc} is complete.
She will join her “sister” GAIA in a celebration of life and rebirth.
Together they will bring forward the seeds of beauty, renewal, and forward movement – especially in those areas that have been dormant.
Begin to plant your own seeds this week.
Seeds of hope, intentions, dreams…
Dig into the earth and deep into your heart,
through meditation and activities connected to nature.
(Again, MR supports this as well, and may be helpful in highlighting where you are blocked in these areas.)
Bring all the love and positive energy you have, forward.
Let it fertilize those seeds.
Tend to your seeds…

Let love rain down upon all areas of your life.
Let it quench your thirst and cleanse your home….

Additionally, Wednesday is the peak of the Full Supermoon, though it began to make its presence known this weekend.
This moon brings a powerful energy for making things happen – supported by Mercury Retrograde when approached with “right energy”.
Whether we overestimate ourselves or underestimate ourselves, this moon reaffirms the messaging around self-worth, self-love, self-care…
Life is “self-correcting,” and will find a way to show us “reality, while the Supermoon will shine its bright light in illusions.
When that happens, our approach, reactions, and choices are what really determines our character, our capacity, and our future.
This moon is in Libra. Libra will help tremendously in bringing some balance into the equation. Still, we have to be willing to do what is necessary for that growth of the self.
Keeping a clear head and reigning in emotions (another gift of Libra) will help illuminate the slight adjustments necessary to keep you on course….

Present in the 2019 year’s guidance has been building in its importance these past few weeks.
This week, its power, its energy, its life force, its magic…
begins to peak. A peak which, though it will wax and wane, will last throughout this year.
Be sure you are connecting with water.
Be sure to include water in any Equinox and Moon rituals.
Begin to utilize the power of water to quench the thirst of life’s dry areas.
