11:11 RITUAL
If possible, perform this at 11:11 – A.M. or P.M.
If you can not do the rituals on that time, that is fine.
It’s the intention that is the key
And
It’s always best to perform any ritual when you are able to be relaxed and present.

11:11 MEDITATION & WRITING RITUAL
What you’ll need: A paper and pen; a timer; a quiet space to meditate
cleanse your space as needed
1) MEDITATE for 11 minutes – Settle yourself and ask to connect with the energy of the 11:11 portal. Then start the timer and simply be present within the meditation without trying to direct it
2) WRITE for 11 minutes – try not to stop or think too much about what you are writing. Just let it flow
3) WRITE again – Now, reflect back on the meditation and write down any images, visions, feelings, additional thoughts, etc… that came.
Connect with the stream of consciousness writing and do the same as above, with the addition of writing down and expanding upon anything that seems to jump out at you or draw your attention.
