As we begin to enter this full moon & eclipse weekend,
the aggresive aggravations and disruptive energy
of Saturday/Sunday’s Full Moon with Sunday’s Eclipse will begin to dominate.

Do your best to relax.
Keep your cool – literally and figuratively.

Avoid making rash, impulsive decisions or being reactionary.
Remember that typically the full moon wants us to put action and force behind things
But this time we are asked to
… pause, wait, plan… through…
until the next New Moon cycle and Mercury goes direct.

Though this “pausewaitplan” is supported, it still goes against our instincts and ingrained knowing.
{Further enhancing the “aggravation” of the weekend and beyond}

Physical and emotional fatigue will build as the weekend progresses, lingering into late Monday like a bad hangover.

Feelings of UNREST will move in creating
TENSION within the body that most likely will manifest through
headaches, and
shoulder and back pain
…feeling the weight of the world and of our personal experience of these last few months
and of Karma – which we are being reminded is a big player this year.

This tension and unrest also triggers
INFLAMMATION
within the physical and emotional bodies –
Within “TEMPER”ment.

As well,
the whisperings I’ve been getting around “VULNERABILITY” – particularly the vulnerability of the United States,
have become louder,
with a marker on this weekend.

This holds both a threat from abroad, as well as, {more so} the threat do to the UNREST within.
The crowds of people gathering – be they larger public events or smaller family groups, have the potential to burst into conflicts that can quickly get out of control.
“Crimes” – theft, break-ins could be elevated

Mind your personal property.
Pay attention yo feelings of vulnerability or of being violated.

With this,
the guidance repeats,
Be mindful of impulsive or reactionary behavior.
Do your best to keep your cool
In body and in temperament.

The best way to navigate the weekend is to
RELAX…
keep things simple & easy,
