As we enter into this weekend – a 3 day holiday for many here in the states,
The guidance is to pay attention to how you begin and end each day.
Are you creating space to awaken and connect with yourself?
Are you putting the day away with gratitude?
Are you waking up and getting online right away?
Are you surfing the internet or watching television to the very last second before you go to sleep?
Are you waking up and going to bed early enough to give yourself “time”.
Consider journaling the next 3 days,
perhaps just before you go to sleep,
about these beginning and ending patterns.
What you are doing?
What would you like to change?
How can you fine tune or expand upon what is already established?
What would be more nourishing and healing for body, spirit, and mind?
I’ll go into this deeper next week.
