It’s a busy, exhausting time.
Take care of yourself.
When we take care of ourselves, we take better care of one another.
This week has been about not taking things personally,
practicing healthy BOUNDARIES,
and recognizing SELF WORTH and the need for SELF CARE.
Over-stimulation is happening on multiple levels.
The brain and body are on overload.
Your spirit may be feeling worn down {broken}
Fatigue is heightened.
As are feelings around disrespect and lack of appreciation.
Don’t let it get the best of you.
And remember, it’s not personal. Everyone else is feeling it, too.
This energy will continue through next week.
Some advance planning can make a huge difference,
especially with things supporting “NOURISHMENT” (of body, mind, spirit)
– such as meal planning/ prep, movie night, a long walk, “quiet time”…
Resist the urge to work late or over extend… or to “over do it” in any way.
As small missteps could quickly become big problems
And fatigue could lead to physical ailments or illness.
Extra rest and saying no
– or yes but later… “not right now”
(prioritizing/ healthy boundaries)
will bring that much needed balance and help to ease things along
This weekend,
remember to have compassion and empathy.
Stay connected to the heart chakra
Appreciate the small things.
Spend time relaxing with nature.
Be patient
Be gentle
