The transition to the new year has begun.
Glimpses of what is to come are being felt physically and psychically.
Information, energy, “stuff”
coming at us from multiple realms.
Entities calling, reaching, grabbing… some trying to take over.
Boundaries being pushed.
Self-identity being challenged
Light and dark struggling for balance.
Choices needing to be made…
TODAY
(this week, repeating throughout the weeks ahead)
There is something nagging…
Calling
Persistent enough that it is distracting.
A KNOWING
Revelations regarding the individual’s unique journey.
Something important to be seen,
To step into
Yet just out of reach
…can’t quite put a finger on it.
As when a word is stuck on the tip of your tongue
Or you know a person on the street or an actor in a movie,
Recognizable… Familiar…
yet where you know them from won’t come
(the connection to past experiences OBSCURED)
RELAX
While leaning intoithis nagging
Relax
Asking the calling to reveal itself
While giving it time to happen.
Relax.
SLOW DOWN
- physically and mentally
Give space to rest.
GIVE SPACE
for quiet, calm.
This will give the space for that clumped up energy to
settle, spread out, and unravel a bit.
Like a log jam,
- its mass building under pressure,
If we can slow down the current, redirect it ever so slightly,
the jam will begin to loosen and eventually clear
In a similar way, these insights into your journey are gathering from many angles and many dimensions.
Being pushed, on all sides by this urgency to be revealed for
the New Year

The body is an antenna
Transferring energy through the physical body.
Transforming it into physical, emotional, and psychic language.
We can be overwhelmed,
And often are
(anxiety, feeling anxious, inability to focus, disrupted sleep…)
Settling
Grounding
Quieting, and
“feeling” and “listening” to what is beyond
is a skill to be practiced.
One that will be more necessary than ever in the coming year(s)
Start now
Recognize
then acknowledge
when “the nagging” is most present.
Pause
Relax
Ask…
“What is it that is trying to be revealed?”
Likely the revelation will come in bits and pieces. So pay attention.
Write it down.
Go back and journal around each bit. Doing free-flow writing will let more unfold.
Don’t worry if it seems as if nothing answers.
It will come eventually.
What’s important is to keep being present and to keep engaging.
