There is a frenetic energy to the day already,
and my sense is it will only continue to build
…Gather the scatter…
You may find yourself feeling out of sorts
– in particular manifesting as mentally scattered or spacey,
or physically shakey as if your blood sugar or equilibrium is off.
Call your own energy and focus back to yourself
by pausing, taking several clearing breaths,
and settling your energy by drawing it down
through the body towards the feet.
Feel the connection with the soles of your feet and the earth.
If seated, acknowledge the connection to your seat with the “ground” reinforcing stability.
Be sure you aren’t trying to push too far ahead – or lingering in the past.
Remember the guidance for the week
Stay present and build upon what is already established.
This will help to keep your own energy more contained and directed.
Consider setting a timer – for every half hour to hour, as a reminder to pause and recalibrate. This will also help to keep you on task.
