Mercury Retrograde – April 28 to May 22

This poem feels so relevant for these next few weeks,
As we are officially within Mercury Retrograde.

While the typical expectations of MR (Mercury Retrograde) do apply
– such as issues with communication, electronics and mechanics, travel delays, and other difficulties which have us associate MR with exceptionally difficult times…
This go round seems to carry a charge which is somewhat lighter, and
leans very heavily in the positive.
It is as though we are getting a ‘helping hand’…
to guide us through a ‘short cut’
From “one awakening to another”.

Indeed it is rare in life to be given a true short cut,
so be extra grateful, and
extra mindful of how you utilize this gift.

With this, be aware that things will either
be softened
or cut deeper
by this SOUL-full push.

Expect the past to come bubbling up from the well of experiences, which lies deep within.

Love renewed, revisited…
The spark of old flames…
Old passions…
A time of re-evaluating purpose, dreams, and relationships.
(Acknowledging how past loves and passions are reflected in and can nourish current, new, future loves and passions)

* MR typically has us hearing from someone from the past.
This time it seems to be leaning toward an old crush or “soul mate”,
in keeping with this energy of love.

This doesn’t necessarily mean that a physical romance will re-emerge. It is more about the gifts which come from (for instance) reconnecting with who we were and the passion we had
at that time in our journey,
or within that relationship.
In order to bring that SPARK of energy back into our current lives.

As well as,
the gift of seeing the illusions we held about our life and “what love is” while within the relationship, and/or
the illusions we have carried into our current memories of our past.
These illusions may be holding us back.
Preventing us from being fully present with our wants and needs
at this moment in our lives.

Example: often when a relationship ends, later we begin to romanticize what it was, over-exageratting the good times and forgetting the truth of why it didn’t work.
Keeping us in a state of longing or regret for that which no longer serves
who we are now and who we are striving to be.

This will be a many faceted time…
Deepening and strengthening the truths of what/who we are already,
While offering the courage
to step into
to put into action…
those changes that are calling to us.

Allow loves magic ray to surround you, radiate from you, and
illuminate your expierence and actions.

Allow it to impact your perception of your life, and
“… the beautiful dream
between one awakening
and another.”

{Like all my messages,
there is the broader sense that applies to each if us,
and then there is a more specific way that it applies to the individual
… “this moment in your journey”.
There is the literal and the symbolic.}
Pay attention
Look for the signs and the symbolism.
Be brave.
Be bold.
Trust and follow your heart.
