MERCURY RETROGRADE!
ATTITUDE is everything, especially over the next few weeks.
Be mindful.
Be POSITIVE,
Be nurturing,
and give “right effort” in the “right” direction.
Think before you speak and act,
and
don’t take things too personally!
There are certain things that we can always expect from Mercury Retrograde – trouble with electronics, car issues, travel delays, to name a few,
…and communication issues (!)
In all areas of our life, communication is key, and this Mercury Retrograde will give us a chance to fine tune our efforts and ability to effectively “give VOICE.”
“COMMUNICATION” – rather miscommunication, is where we can expect to get rattled this time around.
Our ability to effectively communicate our own needs and expectations may feel most challenged over these next few weeks.
Coupled with a “surface tension” that will have us all on edge,
we are likely to become agitated and frustrated much more easily than usual.
Only furthering communication issues.
These MISSED- COMMUNICATIONS can lead to all sorts of things,
showing up in many, small ways (worth noting) throughout the day.
However, these 3 areas are highlighted as areas with the strongest, (possibly adverse) impact:
* Customer service, in general, but most predominantly in
the ability to receive quality goods and services
– especially when it comes to vehicle maintenance and custom orders.
Shipping delays, lost in transit, receiving the wrong item or defective products shouldn’t be a surprise. Best to give as much time and flexibility as possible.
If you a working on a time crunch, this will make you more susceptible – i.e. give as much time as you can and have a Plan B in place.
*The ability to effectively do our jobs
Especially in areas of “team work” and/or
communications with/ working with others who are same level or higher level in “ranking”.
Because we are all feeling that our voices are not being heard (therefore we are all on “the defense”) the “STRUGGLE FOR POWER” will have more sparks than normal.
Key figures around the work place such as a boss, project manager, or team leaders/team members could require special effort, acquiescence, and compromise.
* This “struggle for power” will also impact the collective. Social and governmental tensions will continue to run high. Boundaries will be pushed. Outbursts should be expected. Any social uprisings, such as protests and marches, could be met with extreme aggression.
As well, more insights into political foul play and how (for instance) social media “communication” has been manipulated and used against the individual in favor of “those of higher level ranking” should be expected.
* Close personal relationships, especially with the spouse and family members, will be challenged. (again, the struggle for power comes into play)
Give space to one another, and
put (right) effort towards hearing the other person, in order to best respond to their needs.
In this way, you can mirror what you would like to receive from them in return.
– – – If you are going through a separation or divorce or dissolving of a partnership (even a business partnership) , this time could be particularly challenging and “ugly”. Keep your ego in check, maintain your composure, and efforts towards respecting the other person (remember there was once something that drew you to them).
As soon as this wave passes, things will quickly play out to a mutually satisfying conclusion. (Anything done with malicious or “less than positive” intentions will not turn out in favor of the perpetrator.) – –
* Mercury Retrograde is known as a time when people appear from the past. This time around, family members with whom communication has been lost or cut off could make an appearance. Of course, it seems it will be those who like to cause trouble who’ll come knocking at the door.
Mercury Retrograde is all about bringing up or “revisiting” the past,
making things appear to move backwards,
and above all else the “ILLUSIONS” in life, and the illusions that we work hard to maintain around ourselves.
All things come with an opportunity to reaffirm growth in the “right direction” made up to this moment in our lives, or to show us where we still need to do some work.
Again, attitude is everything.
“When we see all things as a gift, all things come as a blessing.”
To help maintain balance (sanity) during this time…
*Go inward, go deeper
to ground, connect with the authentic self, and to counter surface tensions and agitation
*Maintain perspective.
Remember what is important and what is simply Ego, or superficial fluff
* As always look for the insights that come, and the opportunities to (grow and) fine tune your own personal development.
PATIENCE,
Flexibility,
Prioritize…
are key words to keep in mind.
Choose your battles.
Be aware of the role you are playing in any miscommunication or conflict.
Give in where you may have held steadfast in the past,
and let some things go that just aren’t that damned important.
In the long run, you will be rewarded for any perceived “sacrifices” made with “right intentions”and “right energy”.
{Again, anything done with malicious or “less than positive” intentions will not turn out in favor of the perpetrator. In fact, expect it to go painfully wrong.}
