TONIGHT
the Dark Moon shrouds us in its blanket of emptiness.
The GODDESS HECATE says…
“You may place whatever you like within this emptiness. But know that by doing so, you grant it permission to expand… to grow…
As well, whatever energy you have wrapped it in will expand and grow.
For good or for bad.
For your benefit or for your suffering.
So be thoughtful, flexible, and broad in your vision.
Remember your ancestors,
– for their is an opportunity for ancestral awakenings
and healing,
And give all things your truth and Love.”
{for instance, a wish for abundance -without attachment grows very differently from one with abundance through greed.
For, HECATE says:
“Greed will turn a good man bad and send him into madness.”)
Tonight’s final phase of autumn’s first dark moon beckons us to perform a ritual.
With Venus Retrograde, it makes sense that this ritual be about
opening to love,
welcoming Love, and
the insights that heart based living brings.
From the dark rises new beginnings.
With new beginnings old, outdated ways die back.
Think about what is hiding {in plain sight) that you would like to bring to the light.
Welcome it with love and let it grow in your heart.
Tomorrow 10/08 is the New Moon,
with its new beginnings and an opportunity to expand upon what we have placed within the empty spaces of the dark moon
“We will be able to see how “JUSTICE” has been at the forefront,
as we have moved toward this dark moon period and cross into the new beginnings of the New Moon.”
(…first posted 9/30 and we can certainly see that “Justice” with all its faults and illusions were indeed at the forefront.
Focus on the new beginnings and the change needed to make them happen.)
Justice also symbolizes BALANCE.
Too much polarization in one way or the other can bring about more dis-ease.
Balance is of great importance if we are to navigate the days ahead.

Ritual outline. Fine tune to make your own.
* Cast your circle
* Light a candle to invoke The Divine and hold the ritual is the highest, most sacred protection.
* Cast a bridge, over the candle – from east to west.
* Cut an apple in half. Seeds on one side.
Place and apple in the middle, in front of the candle.
Seedless side to the east, seed side to the west.
Apple is the harvest. It is heart. It is love
* Place, with Love & right intention, that which you wish to carry forward, at the eastern entrance to the bridge.
* At the western side, place with Love & right intention, that which you wish to have them meet at the other side… that which they will join
*See these both entering the bridge, and meeting at the center point of Light, Divine Love, and nurturing, sustained by the fruit of life (apple)
* Give thanks for what has been and what is to come
* See it move across the bridge, to grow into fruition.
* Eat the seedless half and leave the other to nature
* release the bridge, release the circle
* snuff the candle.

Pull the justice card.
Place it at the center
Create a 5 card bridge, with the center card (card 3) under the justice card.
This center card is the focus.
The others are as follows, left to right…
1. The challenges of the past to be aware of/ move beyond
2. The tools/insights/ stregnths from the past to utilize
3. {Center card } that which asks to be overcome, given justice, or brought into balance.
4. Challenges to focus on, which may arise or concerns to be aware of/ obstacles to overcome.
5. Outcome and the gifts as pertaining to outcome to focus on.
