Blessed New Moon.
Lunar Imbolc,
and Chinese New Year!

This moon initiates a period of
cleansing, restructuring, transformation, new possibilities forming…
which will continue to unfold through July and the first days of August.

With this moon,
we will begin to see some of the expansive possibilities the year brings.

The energy is shifting.
Though it is BOLD,
it brings a gentle touch in certain areas that we can all use right now.

Since December’s lunar eclipse we’ve experienced some intense energies
Deep-seated issues likely surfaced,
asking us to look at how we handle past discomforts and the shadow self.
We are being pushed into transformation,
as the way “we” have been functioning no longer works,
and does not serve the highest good.

We are being guided
to address what feels most urgent,
and to commit to who we are
– not who others dictate we should be,
and
To honor our individuality, independence, and personal integrity.

TRANSFORMATION & RESTRUCTURING
Take time to digest how you’ve changed and continue to change.
Develop a sense of coherence around who you are becoming,
and actively seek to shed your commitment to the old.

Meditation, contemplation, creativity, yoga, dance, music & movement, journaling…
are valuable tools to utilize.

The cleansing of personal karma has begun,
and with that,
the potential for healing and growth increases.

Commit to letting go, to releasing, {transformation}
and forging a new way of being
that is no longer weighed down and burdened by the past. {restructuring}

However, this is still a year
of challenges and chaos
– in particular around hierarchy, governing systems, structure, power, and old outdated ways of existing.
An overly engaged Ego, that wants to be in the driver’s seat, will not be tolerated.
The individual must be in this alignment with individuality, authenticity, integrity, etc…
in order to thrive.
Chaos and conflict ultimately bring clarity (2020 vision)
and help to facilitate change.
Change is limitless in its potential.

Step into the decade ahead and this first new moon of the year
an open mind and a commitment to the work of the Shadow Self
– which instigates evolution,
and
a willingness to embrace change.

Be bold, expansive, and limitless in vision
Be heart centered
Believe in your magic
And your potential will increase exponentially,
manifestation will be drawn to you, and
a limitless realm of possibilities and opportunities will unfold.
