Breath exercise


Breathing exercise for stress management and to calm, center, and refocus
Breathe in on a 4 count
Hold the breath for a 7 count
Breathe out on an 8 count

Follow the breath through the nostrils and the rise and fall of the chest and belly

Do this 4 to 6 times
