The intensity of the week continues to build.
“Midweek” – later today/tomorrow/ Thursday
has a COMBUSTIBLE center-core

If we are mindful and cautiously aware
We can work around this,
even tapping into this fiery center for positive purposes.
However, CAUTION and DISCERNMENT
are necessary.

Of course, the pull of this powerful energy helps to create discomfort and dis-ease in the body and the psyche
As well as triggers to our individual feelings of safety and well-being.
This is furthering the work of
breaking down the structures, systems, and beliefs we have in place that no longer work.
While also serving as a reminder NOT to step over (dismiss) all “the work” we just went through
in order to hang onto the past and old, limiting beliefs
in the rush for comfort and “normalcy”

Comfort your fears, anxieties… frustrations… and anger
by nurturing
gratitude, positive thoughts, healthy habits, and creativity.

Understand that this is clearing the way to revelation… to show a path that is more in alignment with the journey ahead.

Do your best to keep reactionary responses to the unfoldings within the collective in check.
Maintain an awareness while distancing.
Send a clearing, healing light of illumination into that combustible core or to a specific area of concern.

And, like I said yesterday,
Remember to BREATHE
