Today,
Be INTENTIONAL
with your thoughts and actions.
Be CONSIDERATE
of the challenging processes you are going through.
There may be grieving, anger, fear, loneliness…
You may feel lost, annoyed, anxious…
Allow these feeling to surface,
to be acknowledged and released.
Know that this new and uncertain moment in our shared human experience requires
ADJUSTMENT,
ACCLIMATION, and
ASSIMILATION
Accept that,
Even in the best of circumstances,
“getting back to normal”
Won’t exactly be normal.
And that is absolutely okay.
There is no shame in any of this.
No need to focus on failures.
Simply accept that this is what it…
That it is, indeed, TEMPORARY
for it is CHANGE.
And change is constant and therefore the most “normal” aspect of now.
Practice letting go of the need to control
Embrace the OPPORTUNITIES that the new normal brings,
and the time available to grow into it.

During the quieting period, I am doing sessions with a “gratitude donation” as payment/energy exchange.
Meaning, rather than my regular fee, you choose the session price that works for you, at this time.
Sessions are done by phone or skype – as I’ve done with my clients from around the world, for years. It works brilliantly.

1) Email me with your session request. Letting me know your preferred dates and times, and we will work together to get your appointment scheduled.
2) Send your payment via Venmo or Zelle – preffered.
PayPal also accepted but they deduct a fee on my end making them the least desirable option. (Use “send a friend money”)
3) Once payment is received and we have agreed on a date and time, I will send you a confirmation with the phone number for the session.
