Easter Blessings!
The ancient holiday which celebrates Spring’s abundance – Easter eggs, bunnies, treats….,
as well as resurrection, REBIRTH and RENEWAL…
The Norse goddess of fertility Eostre (or Ostara) is the namesake of the festival,
OR perhaps it is for the great goddess Ishtar, who was also celebrated this time of year.
Think of resurrection, rebirth and renewal
and how we are mirroring this process in our individual journeys…
While revisiting (& releasing) the bits of the past
– particularly the remnants of the past few years & these past several months.
* Work on boundaries
* Work on broadening PERSPECTIVE.
In particular being more open minded about opinions and perspective of others, and towards concepts like multidimensional beings & experiences.
*Choose your battles and your course of action
based on the changed/ evolved “You” that is emerging.
This requires that we also – simultaneously, let go of the old ways and the old priorities with regard to the way we navigate relationships with ourself and others – particularly around how we disagree with others.
* GIVE the SPACE for energy to shift, for spirit and higher self to connect, and for acclimation to happen. * Listen… PAY ATTENTION… look for signs… TRUST in yourself and your intuition
* LOVE yourself
* Get your ritual on!
(Recognize that so much ritual is already taking place in our day, and even more so during the holidays. “Ritual” is not a dirty word or a witchy word. Every church service is filled with ritual, every passover dinner… every person who decorates eggs or fills an Easter basket is partaking in a tradition that originated from an ancient celebration ritual honoring fertility and abundance.
There is nothing wrong with intentionally connecting with that energy.
In fact, intention and recognition makes the ritual more powerful.)
Of course, this is also the day in which
the teacher and Ascended Master, Jesus, and his resurrection is celebrated.
He reminds us that this body is but a temporary shelter,
as “LIFE” – our soul’s journey, continues on long after our physical death.
I hope you are celebrating abundance, rebirth, and life itself on this beautiful holiday.
