This Full Harvest Moon
FORGIVENESS
Forgiveness and acceptance of self and others
ACCEPTANCE
accepting what is.
Accepting that things take time, and things take care…
Accepting accountability for the actions, energy, thoughts, behaviors… that we bring to each moment
WORTHINESS
Accepting our own worthiness to receive forgiveness, abundance, blessing, the manifestation of our dreams…
are key words coming to light with this FULL, Harvest MOON cycle

As well,
this is the AUTUMNAL EQUINOX,
marking the seasonal change from summer to fall.
Initiating the harvest.
Then tilling of the earth to prepare it for the winter’s rest

• which will come with the winter solstice in December.

This equinox is the culmination of a journey through the seasons of human experience.
It is “The Harvest” and “The Putting To Rest”…
Look back to March to give acknowledgment to
what was initiated,
what has grown,
what has fallen by the wayside…

As well, review from September 2020 to now
What are the gifts that have emerged
What are the challenges
What has been released, and
what do you wish to give an extra push of release to

Within all of this,
know that creation has been sparked
in ways that are completely invisible to the conscious mind in this moment
Trust that,
in utilizing hindsight as a learning experience and a tool to gather… or harvest… those things which will nourish you from this moment forward
and then returning fully to this moment…
keeping your focus on the here and now, and
… this moment forward…
the space is made for continued expansion and new creation,
and for those hidden sparks to ignite.

The energy is present within this full moon, seasonal transition period
to gather, amplify, and release with forward movement all of the above
while clearing a path ahead.
We access this by
taking that time to reflect and organize our thoughts,
opening our hearts in gratitude, and
allowing the space for integration
– by nourishing body, mind & spirit, spending time in nature, spending time in movement, and spending time in rest

NOTES on forgiveness and acceptance:
People often misunderstand the concept of forgiveness.
(especially those who are controlling or often take advantage of others)
Acceptance and forgiveness often go hand in hand.
We accept
what has happened, how things are (how people are),
and that “life” has a plan for each of us
that does not always appear to be in alignment with the plan we have for ourselves.
We forgive (through acceptance) the challenges, the suffering…
those people, situations, and circumstances that have fed into “the suffering”.
That we may free ourselves
while clearing the space to move forward with more ease,
and to receive the new.

With this the reminder comes that
acceptance and forgiveness does NOT mean we ALLOW. Allowing is different.
So, for instance, I can forgive a person for their hurtful acts
because I accept that what has happened cannot be changed
and I accept that this is who they are. They may never change.
I understand this. I also accept this. For their decisions and their path are theirs, not mine.
I forgive them and send love to them that they may find peace.
HOWEVER, none of this forgiveness or acceptance means I am obligated to have toxic people in my life.
Or that I must interact with or allow the behavior.
Forgiveness does not mean a lack of boundaries
or that we allow or accept harmful or bad behavior.
It simply means we change our relationship and response to a situation,
freeing ourselves to learn the lesson, to heal, to move on.
