Today is the first of two
Full Moons that will bring two very different energies to the table.

This full moon – the Harvest Moon,
is the completion of an arc of energies and experiences that began with the New Moon of March.
The time that this global pandemic was fully making it’s way through the world.
A time that brought forward many new realities.
We have been pushed beyond our comfort zones – to say the least.
And, for many,
pushed beyond the point where
logic & reason
compassion & empathy
And generosity
exist, and seem to no longer be a guiding force.

Though many have risen to the call to move beyond the egotistical self and show they can come together for a greater good,
many have failed – even within the so called “spiritual” communities.

Negative forces have utilized this period between the dark, new moon of March and this illuminating full moon to grab hold of a breathtakingly large number of souls and align them with hate and fear. Through such avenues as conspiracy, entitlement, superiority, and greed.

We find ourselves
At a crossroads of decision…
A bit naive, a bit headstrong, a bit blinded…
Overwhelmed by the bombardment to our senses and sensibilities.
Questioning, confused,
and eerily mute while screaming.

The frustration and anger that has been building,
Combined with the aggresive energy of this moon arc,
put us at risk for {further} bad judgment and a quick temper.
The combination of these influences creates a highly charged, impulsive, and dangerous full moon energy, with a prod to lash out.

The tension created by the buildup of anger and frustration is best released more safely through body movement, flexibility, distancing, and adaption.
Remember,
Conflict and crises not only drain and weaken your energy,
they make you
vulnerable, gullible, and
susceptible to being “overcome”

On the plus side.
full moons gift us
with an illuminated perspective, and increased emotional awareness and intuition.
Use the gifts of illuminated and expanded awareness to your benefit.
Seek balance and the impartial perspective needed to overcome the disharmony within and with the outer world.

This Moon brings lessons and guidance around strength, ego, and moving forward, emotionally.
Hopefully, by the New Moon on the 16th, we will notice at least a small scale shift from division to unification
An energy that the full Blue Moon of Halloween is more supportive of.
