Just as we need to keep our own physical and energetic bodies “clean”, the spaces we occupy need to be kept energetically clean, as well.
All of the spaces we occupy have an energetic imprint. Over time, there can be a build up of undesirable energy or clogged areas within certain spaces. This can come from events and people ho have occupied the space in the past, past events, residual energy we bring in on a daily basis, or that others bring when they come to visit.
Undesirable energy can hold us back and even cause illness and great suffering.
More intense energetic issues can be due to the energy of past events, spirits who are connected to the space and have not fully crossed over, or our guides or loved ones who have crossed over trying to get our attention.
