March 1st #Guidance
We are currently under the Dark Moon period.
A powerful time when clearing and creation overlap.
As well,
we begin the countdown to the rebirth of the Spring Equinox…
the ending or “closing” of winter

The guidance for this time period is specific around engaging with your creativity, self care, self nurturing, and those activities and things which alleviate stress and bring you joy
Centered and grounded from this place of calm, peace, and creation energy
SEND LOVE OUT TO THE WORLD

To do so,
Expand the heart and allow love, peace, calm, etc to fill you
Let it flow outward.
First have it fill your home,
Then your neighborhood
Then expand outward through your community
Sit with the sense of calm, peace, love, cooperation, support, and acceptance, tolerance, and inclusion that you would like to be within your home and community.

Then direct this energy – this heart based feeling, to the Ukraine
and the people who are most directly engaged with this crisis.
Sit with this, allowing any emotion to flow.
Allow fear or other lower vibrational energy to arise and be released to be healed and transmuted to neutral.
Once you can come back to that loving and peaceful engagement
Direct it to wrap around the planet and land where it is needed the most.
Again, releasing lower vibrations to be healed and transmuted.
To finish,
Call that loving, supportive energy back to yourself.
Call your power back.
Ground into the body.
Return to yourself, your life, this moment…
