New Moon today.
This moon and this week are about
continuing to recognize those areas of your life that need attention, and about
creating and anchoring new habits.
Habits around health and home are clearly in the forefront.
As are the ways in which we keep ourselves distracted
…allowing us to avoid engaging with our selves and our way of living on a deeper level.
…preventing us from having deep, meaningful connections with others, nature, the self, and the expansive connections beyond these earth bound realms.
Moving away from the need to fill time with “stuff” – like media, shopping, partying, or work
And into spending time being present
In meditation, with nature, with family, with friends
…meaningful conversations, meaningful actions…
As well as, simplifying and
simply BEing
still,
quiet
Will help to ease the stresses of the weeks ahead.
Bringing about the peace{ful moments} needed to navigate this great transition we are in.
Be honest with yourself, without judgement or criticism
We have the time and the space to
allow ourselves to grow into what we are meant to become
Which in many ways is who we have always been.
But the choice of being the best or the worst version is still up to us.
Be brave.

I am opening up my sessions to all with a “gratitude donation” exchange.
Meaning, rather than my regular fee, you choose the session price that works for you, at this time.
Sessions are done by phone or skype – as I’ve done with my clients from around the world, for years. It works just fine.

1) Email me with your session request. Letting me know your preferred dates and times, and we will work together to get your appointment scheduled.
2) Send your payment via Venmo or Zelle – preffered. PayPal also accepted bit their fees make them the least desirable option.
3) Once payment is received and we have agreed on a date and time, I will send you a confirmation with the phone number for the session.
