Moon Salutations to help ground while connecting with the energy of the moon and awakening and expanding its flow within.
The moon can be a powerful ally in our journey but it’s energy – particularly around the new and full phases, can leave us feeling scattered and out of balance.
Utilizing a practice such as Moon Salutations can be of great benefit. Consider first, spending some time sitting with the moon. Take in its light ( or dark), allow its energy to fill you. Make note – or literally take notes, of any thoughts, emotions. Or imagery that arise.
Once you feel connected, work your way into your Moon Salutations.
Once you are finished, sit again for a few moments. Again, nothing what arises… guidance and insights. Consider journaling or free flow writing to go deeper in.
