Move this big energy around cause change is gonna come

This week
will feel slightly more manageable than last week

Still, there’s still plenty coming at us.

{changes… the unexpected}
We continue in the pre-shadow of Mercury Retrograde which is has aspects of our past asking to come forward.
Though we can expect these to come bearing gifts, it can still be a process getting to that point.

As well,
I am seeing several small portholes opening up briefly throughout the week.
These are amplifiers that enhance, assist, and deliver lots of benefits
Yet also
bring confusion, headaches, neck & knee issues…
give us glimpses of otherworlds or otherworldly possibilities…
bring an uptick in “group energy”, collective protest, or aggression…
interfere with “frequencies”, communications and electronics – which Mercury Retrograde also interrupts
And
bring the sense of pressure building up or pushing down.
Compounding any “stuck” energy and emotions.

Shake it out
Shake it off
Through movement
Especially physical
..connect with nature, go for a walk, dance, make love, exercise, be creative…

Also metaphorical movement – letting go – of old grudges,
releasing – the past,
finishing projects,
“cleaning house”
moving things off your to do list, moving things out of your mind through stillness, meditation, contemplation,
moving beyond the past, etc
