This week,
Small adjustments make all the difference.

As we move towards Friday’s powerful full moon and Penumbral Lunar Eclipse,
the first full moon of the year and decade,
we are reminded of the winter guidance this far…
GROUND, Connect to EARTH & STONE,
NOURISH & PACE

The BIG ENERGY of this moon,
coupled with January’s QUICKENING pace
– counter to the pace of the season,
has people agitated and irritated,
acting up and lashing out
(yes in big ways but more so…)
in strange, passive aggressive ways that will feel especially small and petty.

As the moon builds to its peak,
and Earth’s “shadow” approaches its eclipse
Our own shadow self will strive to mimic this interaction
– by stepping in front of the illuminated, “light” self.

Be mindful of this agitated, petty energy
and avoid falling into the traps of behaviors and reactions triggered from this lower level.

Current events across the planet only compound these energies, triggering emotions sourced from fear.

This is an opportunity
to RECOGNIZE and REDIRECT,
to further settle into who we are when we are when we are balanced and grounded
to further align with who we intend to be from here on out.

Find the center of your quiet.
Look for the balance.
Utilize NURTURE & NATURE
(self-care & earth connection)
to gently ease, shift, and lift the spirit.

Make those small adjustments throughout the day.
For often the smallest adjustment
– in perspective, attitude, energy, routine…
can make the biggest difference.
