We begin to enter the shadow phase of mercury retrograde {and Saturday’s New Moon} today.
This mercury retrograde will have a lot to do with the feminine in all her forms
– the maiden, the mother, the crone…
the goddess and the the Divine Feminine…
but in particular around “the mother”.
Expect to see triggers for “the wounds of the child” around relationships with the mother.
As well, “Mother Earth” will likely remind us of our dependence on her, her power, and her need for respect.
Conversely, we can also expect to be shown our healing and growth in these areas, as well as, reminders of the “gifts of the mother” and how blessed we are by the Feminine in all her incarnations.
The New Moon brings Persephone’s stirrings and her need to “go deep beneath the surface of things.” Look to the relationship with “the mother” for insight. Look to “the goddess” for guidance.
